The short version: money you pay a government is not ours to give back, and nothing we sell can buy a visa decision. Everything else is spelled out below, before you pay rather than after.
What we can never refund
In short: government application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, MRV and SEVIS fees, and visa-centre service charges are paid to those bodies, not to us — they are outside any refund we could make. Source: this policy, effective 2026-07-25.
Every destination page names the official portal and shows the official fee for exactly this reason: you pay the government directly. When an application is refused, that fee is consumed by the decision. A US MRV fee is non-refundable and non-transferable; a Schengen fee is not returned on refusal; a UK fee is not returned once a decision is made. That is the rule of the issuing authority, not a policy we chose.
Anyone who tells you they can “recover” a refused government fee for an upfront payment is running the second half of a scam — see how to avoid visa scams.
What our own fee covers
In short: our services are clerical and educational — form-completion help, document checklists, register look-ups. The fee buys that work, never an outcome. Source: this policy, effective 2026-07-25.

Your visa is refused | No refund of our fee, and none of the government fee (we never controlled the decision) |
We could not deliver what we promised | Full refund |

How to ask
Write from the same number or email you used, say what you paid for and when, and ask for the refund. We answer in writing. If we owe you money, we return it by the route you paid; if we do not, we say why in plain terms rather than going quiet.
FAQ
Do I get my money back if my visa is refused?
Not the government fee — the issuing authority keeps it, whatever the outcome. Our own service fee is refundable only where we failed to deliver the work described.
Can you guarantee approval if I pay more?
No. Nobody can, and a guarantee is the clearest sign of a scam. Read the red flags before you pay anyone.
Do you take payment on this site?
No payment is taken through this development site.
